OPINI IBU RUMAH TANGGA DI SURABAYA TERHADAP LAGU “HAMIL DULUAN” YANG DICEKAL OLEH KOMISI PENYIARAN INDONESIA DAERAH JAWA TIMUR . (Studi Deskriptif kuantitatif tentang opini ibu rumah tangga di Surabaya terhadap lagu “Hamil Duluan” yang dicekal oleh komisi penyiaran Indonesia daerah jawa timur)

Background formulation of the problem in this study is how public opinion, especially housewives to the song "Hamil Duluan" which was banned by the Broadcasting Commission of East Java Indonesia. "The purpose of this research is how much and influence people, especially housewives know the lyrics to " Hamil Duluan " which was banned by the Broadcasting Commission of Indonesia East Java and the influence of the song on the social life of the community. Provide knowledge to the public regarding the development of songs that can affect your personal life is good to follow and to the mass media as an input to determine which ones fit the needs of the audience by not exploiting any of the parties taking into account the effects. For the songwriter is expected to provide positive feedback, educational, and informative in choosing a well made song that was created before the market is entrusted to the singer. This study is based on the SOR theory Stimulus (S), Organism (O), Response (R) and Descriptive opinion. Operational definition in this study is the belief and attitude of the housewife. Opinion is a statement about something that is in conflict or there are different views on an issue. Opinion of the first reaction in which people have a sense of doubt concerning a problem that another of his habits, the mismatch, and a change in assessment, so that these elements are pushed to disagree with each other. Thus the opinion has 2 elements and issues statements to the contrary. Opinion would not arise if there is nothing to conflict and disagreement should be stated. As for the opinions it can be stated the words or shown by the behavior. Opinion has always been traits that are known from the statements, was the synthesis or the difficulty of many opinions and have a large number of supporters. Type of measure used in this study are Likert Scale, which is a more systematic way to give the score on the index. Likert scale was used to measure the opinion of a person or group of events or social phenomena. Fill in the question to state approval is divided into four different response categories, namely "Strongly Agree (SS)", "Agree (S)", "Disagree (TS)", and "Strongly Disagree (STS)" which will be measured using nominal scale. The population in this study were all housewives in Surabaya, aged between 30 years to 50 years. With the number of housewives 100 respondents. The sampling technique in the study were withdrawal of accidental sampling technique. Based on the withdrawal, collection, processing and data analysis has been carried out this research, this study can be concluded that a housewife in Surabaya has a positive opinion for the song " Hamil Duluan "
